About Alan & Angela
Alan was born and raised in mid-Missouri. His parents were both educators in the Moberly School District. During his summers, he helped his family build the very successful BerryGood Fireworks Company, which is still in operation after 30 years! As a young adult, Alan became a mechanic in the U.S. Army during Desert Storm. After being stationed and living in Seattle, WA, he decided to stay in Seattle and work construction for three more years before moving back to Missouri. Once back in Missouri, Alan immediately started his DJ career and found a profession that allowed him to use his outgoing personality while being able to have a positive impact on the crowd through music selection and mic skills.
Three years ago, Alan married Angela and relocated to the Kansas City area to be near her family. Angela, an Oak Grove, Missouri native, has worked in the hospitality industry her entire working life. She has worked for the airline industry in customer service for three years, and in management for Marriott hotels for five years. She has always enjoyed working with people and she found Djing to be an opportunity to use her professionalism, as well as, musical background. Angela was raised with a love of all types of music. All members of her family play at least one instrument, but Angela was always the singer of the group, which has helped out in the Karaoke department of their business.
